General Points
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a suitable base for the building. We are happy to advise on base preparation.
  • Planning Permission is not normally required for sheds or summerhouses sited within the garden of your property. However garages, stables and offices would normally need some form of planning permission and your local authority planning office should be contacted for definitive advice on what is needed.
  • Payment for our buildings is usually required immediately following delivery and erection on site. For larger buildings and those of a special nature, a small (10%) deposit is requested with the order.
  • It is not usual to anchor a shed or summerhouse to the ground. However such buildings as Stables and Garages can be anchored and we can advise on how best to achieve this.
